Bizsaclabs Softtech Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the CreatorIQ platform (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
Account information — Name, email, profile picture provided via Google Sign-In.
Connected accounts — When you link Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube, we receive access tokens and read-only data such as posts, captions, hashtags, reach, engagement, and audience demographics provided by those platforms.
Usage data — Pages visited, features used, IP address, device and browser information.
Uploaded content — Images and videos you upload for analysis are stored securely and processed by our AI models.
Payment data — Processed by our payment provider (Razorpay). We do not store full card numbers.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Generate AI-powered insights, recommendations, A/B test scores, and trending content suggestions.
- Authenticate users and prevent abuse.
- Send service-related communications and, with your consent, marketing emails (you can opt out anytime).
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
Where GDPR applies, our legal bases are: (a) your consent, (b) performance of a contract, (c) our legitimate interests (security, product analytics), and (d) compliance with legal obligations.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share only with:
- Service providers — cloud hosting (AWS/MongoDB Atlas), payment processing (Razorpay), AI processing (Anthropic, Google AI). They are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.
- Connected platforms — Meta (Instagram, Facebook), Google (YouTube) — only for the purpose of operating connected features.
- Legal authorities — when required by law.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we soft-delete your data within 30 days and permanently purge it within 90 days, except where retention is required for legal or audit purposes.
6. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Access, correct, or export your personal data.
- Request deletion of your account (Settings → Danger Zone).
- Withdraw consent for non-essential processing.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
8. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission is 100% secure; however we work continuously to protect your data.
9. International Transfers
Your data may be processed outside India. We use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.
10. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and limited analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand product usage.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
