Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the CreatorIQ platform (the "Service") operated by Bizsaclabs Softtech Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at bharath@bizil.ai.

3. Subscription and Payments

• Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
• All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Scrape, automate, or otherwise abuse our APIs.
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property or applicable law.

5. Connected Accounts

When you connect a social account (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), you authorise us to retrieve analytics and content metadata strictly for the purpose of operating the Service. We never post content on your behalf without your explicit action.

6. Intellectual Property

All Service software, content, and trademarks remain the property of Bizsaclabs Softtech Private Limited or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you upload, but grant us a limited licence to process it solely to deliver the Service.

7. AI-Generated Output

Insights and suggestions produced by our AI models are provided for guidance only and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before publishing.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizsaclabs Softtech Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
